My Dearest Lauren,

Happy Valentine’s Day, my love. Today is a celebration of self-love, a reminder that being single is not a void to fill but a powerful season of growth, joy, and self-discovery. You are embracing this time, loving yourself fiercely, and waiting patiently for the right one—because you know you deserve nothing less than the love you freely give to others.
I see you. I see the way you wake up every day with purpose, even when exhaustion tries to pull you back under. I see the love you pour into your family, your work, your dreams—even when the world doesn’t always pour it back. I see the way you stand firm, with grace and resilience, refusing to let life’s storms shake you. And I love you for it.
You have walked through fire and come out shining. You have faced heartache and chosen to love anyway. You have built, and rebuilt, and rebuilt again—because that is who you are. You are strength. You are softness. You are a masterpiece in motion, always evolving, always growing.
I love your persistence, the way you refuse to give up even when things feel impossible. I love your creativity, how you bring beauty into everything you touch. I love your heart, full of depth and passion, even when it has been broken. I love your mind, your ability to think deeply, problem-solve, and find light in the darkest spaces.
I admire the fact that you never settle for less and always stand up for yourself. Despite having your heart broken time and time again, you still have the faith to love again. But let’s be real—you can’t say others are breaking your heart anymore. At this point, you’re breaking your own. You’ve been through too much, learned too many lessons, and now, it’s time to apply that wisdom.

So here are a few promises I make to you:
- Never let someone tell you more than once that they don’t want you.
- Actions speak louder than words—PAY ATTENTION.
- If he wanted to, he would.
- If someone doesn’t value you, don’t prove your worth—walk away.
- Keep dating yourself until someone proves they can love you better.
- Never settle.
- Princess treatment only—because you deserve to be loved, cherished, and adored the way you love others.
Being single is not a waiting game—it’s a season of self-love and elevation. And when love does arrive, it will be the right love, at the right time, with the right person. Until then, you are your own greatest love.
Happy Valentine’s Day, Lauren! #ForeverLove
p.s. I created a SELF CARE CHECKLIST just for you, to maintain your youthful glow. Cuz babyyy, you do NOT look like what you’ve been through! Xoxo.
