This year is all about walking in my purpose and applying the lessons I’ve learned to create meaningful change. 2024 was a year of tremendous growth, and now I’m stepping into 2025 with fresh energy and determination. Here’s how I plan to improve mentally, physically, spiritually, and financially.
Mind Over Matter: Elevating My Mental Health
I’ve always prioritized my mental health, but in 2025, I’m taking it up a notch. This year is about doing more and saying less. I’ll master the art of detachment by practicing silent cutoffs and eliminating toxic relationships. Boundaries will be my shield, ensuring my peace remains intact.
I will no longer chase anyone or anything; instead, I’ll attract what aligns with me and use discernment when building connections. My circle will remain small and filled with love. I’ll let people think what they want—it’s none of my business anyway.
Aging Like Fine Wine: Strengthening My Physical Health

As my sons grow taller than me, I’m reminded that I’m not getting any younger—and that’s okay. Aging doesn’t have to be a tragedy though. I’m inspired by incredible women like Nicki Murphy, Angela Bassett, and Nia Long, who show that age can be embraced with grace and power. Over the years, I’ve made consistent improvements to my health, and 2025 is no different.
One major adjustment I’m making is replacing alcohol with non-alcoholic options. Alcohol is poison—let’s call it what it is. I used to justify drinking red wine for its antioxidants, but who am I kidding? Most wine now contains gelatin (often made from pork—yikes!). Enter the rise of the mocktail: spiritless cocktails like “vodkas,” “tequilas,” and “whiskeys” without the spirits. There’s something symbolic about the word “spiritless,” but I’ll save that deep dive for another time.
I’m also switching my Starbucks habit for mushroom coffee. Traditional coffee can cause nervousness, dehydration, and sleep issues, but mushroom coffee offers benefits like stress reduction, improved immune function, and less caffeine for better sleep. It’s my new favorite way to start the day.
Other changes I’m making:
- Saying goodbye to dairy
- Hitting the gym three times a week
- Adding wood therapy to my self-care routine
Boss Moves Only: Growing My Business

I’ve been too nice for too long. In both business and creative collaborations, it’s become clear that being “nice” doesn’t always pay off. People see my youthful appearance and hear my soft voice, and suddenly I’m “sweetheart” to them. Let me be clear: sweetheart boils my blood.
In 2025, I’m putting more base in my voice and setting firmer boundaries. I’ll only attend events that align with my brand and purpose. If there’s no clear benefit, I’m not showing up. Collaboration will be reserved for businesses and individuals that match my professionalism and brand quality.
Many people know me for different things—modeling, content creation, and social connections—but not everyone realizes that I’m a licensed Realtor in Michigan. I help clients buy, sell, and invest in Southeast Michigan, and I have a network of agents nationwide for those relocating to other areas. In 2025, I’ll showcase this side of my career more prominently by creating real estate-focused content.

Faith Forward: Deepening My Spiritual Connection
Getting closer to God is my top priority this year. I feel like God is calling me to surrender completely, and I’m ready to answer that call. When everything else is stripped away, all you have left is Him—and that’s more than enough.
I’ve set a goal to read and study the Bible daily. I’m also diving into the complete 54-book Apocrypha, a journey I’m excited to embark on as I deepen my understanding of faith and spirituality.

I’m so ready to lock in and level up. Let’s make 2025 unforgettable. Stay grateful, gorgeous, and glowing. Cheers to a year of alignment, discipline, and showing up as the best version of ourselves.
